Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Trustwide Community Eating Disorder Service. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive psychological assessment, care planning, and community treatment for individuals aged 18 and above.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based psychological interventions and support.
  • Supervise and manage the work of less qualified team members and trainees, ensuring high-quality care and professional development.
  • Participate in service audits, evaluations, and research projects to inform best practices and improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide training and consultancy to staff across the service, promoting excellence in mental health care.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A strong understanding of eating disorders and mental health principles is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
