WRK digital are delighted to be working with a Executive Search Recruitment business who are looking for a CRM Project Consultant to work on a 9 month contract.

Partnering with clients, globally they find the best leadership talent to help them drive business value and growth. Focusing on corporate officers across all functions, including finance, HR, technology, operations, regulatory and compliance, marketing and strategy, they have an enviable network of candidates and clients.

For context, executive search is a specialised type of recruitment aimed at attracting highly skilled senior management talent to an organisation. Organisations develop long-term partnerships with executive search firms like us, who act as an extension of their business, identifying and engaging candidates on their behalf.

As part of an ongoing commitment to improve services, our client is embarking on a project to implement a new CRM and search delivery software that will streamline processes and enhance their customer relationship management.

WRK digital are therefore shortlisting for an experienced and dynamic Interim Programme Manager to lead the scoping, selection, and implementation of a new CRM and search delivery system into the business. This is a critical role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and hands-on project management expertise.

o Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current CRM and search delivery needs.
o Engage with key stakeholders from finance, technology, marketing, and business leaders to understand and document detailed requirements.
o Develop a clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
o Embed more structure and rigour into the search process while adding CRM functionality.

• o Research and evaluate potential CRM and search delivery solutions that align with the business needs.
o Agree on the implementation process with the chosen provider.

• Implementation:
o Develop a detailed project plan including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
o Ensure effective data migration from legacy systems.
o Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure the project stays on track and within budget.

• o Ensure broader business buy-in and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Proven experience as a Programme Manager, particularly with CRM and/or executive search delivery software implementation projects.
• A strong understanding of CRM and search delivery systems and technology.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, balanced with the willingness to be hands-on in achieving objectives.
• Experience in driving project activity to deliver against defined objectives, resolving any issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Experience driving transparent and accurate risk reporting and evaluation.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Demonstrate strong personal values in line with those of the business:
The team operate a hybrid working environment, with employees typically spending 2-3 days a week in the office.
