People Advisor- Manchester (Hybrid)
Our well know Manchester based client are currently seeking a People Advisor to join their commercial and leading HR team Your role as People Advisor will be to provide first-line HR support, contribute to HR strategy, and support with project based initiatives.

Provide professional first-line HR advisory and support services to managers and employees, ensuring adherence to contemporary HR practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
Offer proactive and high-quality generalist HR support for daily HR operations, including handling first-line employee relations cases.
Generate key HR metrics and KPIs to facilitate data-driven decision-making and action planning for HR-related matters.
Oversee the entire recruitment process for standard roles, from creating vacancies to providing onboarding support.
Contribute to HR planning and strategy development by identifying improvement opportunities and spearheading HR roadmap projects.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Prior experience in a client-facing generalist HR Advisory or Senior HR Administrator role, preferably within a highly regulated setting.
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and proficiency in HR information and recruitment management systems.
Agile work planning approach with the flexibility to adjust priorities and tasks to meet team and business requirements.
