They are looking for a Recruitment and HR Administrator for a 6 month fixed term contract. Offering an immediate start, this role is perfect for those looking to work in a fast-paced HR team.

**Description**

The Recruitment and HR Administrator will be responsible for:

- Acting as the first point of contact for HR related queries
- Dealing with HR related correspondence in line with SLAs
- Managing all HR administration including
- Managing the onboarding process
- Responding to reference requests
- Maintaining the HRIS
- Any other ad hoc duties as required

**Profile**

The successful Recruitment and HR Administrator will have:

- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD L3 or above (advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to manage a varied, high workload
- An ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office programmes
- A keen eye for detail
- A genuine desire to learn

**Job Offer**
- Working hours 9-5 Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 from home)
