Job Title: Client Development Director – London Insurance Market Location: London (Hybrid)

Our General Insurance division is a key driver of our growth. We are now hiring a Client Development Director to expand our strategic presence across the London insurance market.


As Client Development Director , you will play a pivotal role in developing and securing long-term, strategic relationships with key clients across the London insurance market - focusing on Lloyd’s Brokers, Syndicates, MGAs, and TPAs. Develop bespoke talent solutions aligned to clients’ hiring and growth strategies
Act as a brand ambassador for IDEX Consulting in the London Market
Collaborate with the London Market team to generate and convert high-quality job flow
A proven door opener / new business developer & networking professional with high levels of connectivity into the London (insurance) market
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and strategic wins
Natural relationship builder with excellent influencing, networking, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a desire to work in a high-trust, high-performance culture
