Our entrepreneurial environment will offer you significant opportunities for personal and professional development, and the freedom to excel.The incumbent will be responsible for building and managing a sizeable client portfolio with overall accountability for portfolio success, driving the commercial performance of client projects, ensuring quality solution design and delivery and leading new business development activities through networking, developing proposals and delivering high quality pitches.The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients in the Middle East, along with experience in large-scale, strategic projects and client management in a senior level role in one or more of the following areas:a human capital development environmentexperience designing leadership development solutions in a large organization orchange management or transformation workThrough effectively leading business development, the ideal candidate will have delivered business growth with tailored solutions using creative and innovative ideas.
