- Negotiating between two or more parties.
- Ensuring all customer requirements are handled in a professional manner, always looking to exceed expectations.
- Managing enquiries, arranging valuations & carrying out viewings.
- All other duties as required.
- Have experience working of within the property industry.
- Have a proven track record of excellent customer service.
- Have an understanding of the property market in Mansfield and surrounding areas.
- Highly skilled in customer service with a confident telephone and face-to-face manner.
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
- Be organised and professional with solid attention to detail and time management.
- Be an individual who is very driven.
- Be able to confidently work under pressure.
- A full UK driving license would be required, along with access to own transport.
