We are a leading law firm with a global reach, is seeking an Early Careers HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our trainees, playing a key role in the development, growth, and talent pipeline of our business.

Location:

The role is based in the UK with options in Leeds, Manchester, or Edinburgh, including travel to other UK offices as required.

The Role:

As an Early Careers Advisor, you will work closely with our HR team and business partners to ensure the highest level of development for our trainees. Your responsibilities will include overseeing future trainee communications, arranging integration events, conducting progress chats, handling offer paperwork and Law Society registration processes. You will also be involved in managing trainee ER issues, monitoring trainee utilisation, ensuring delivery of required training, and planning the firm's Newly Qualified (NQ) processes.

Who We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to influence at senior levels, and a strong team orientation. You should have a tenacious, resilient approach to challenging issues, coupled with dynamic problem-solving abilities. Project management skills and experience in planning and organising multiple tasks are essential. A background in HR within the legal sector is desirable, but not essential.
