As the new Finance Manager , you must be highly detail-oriented and organised. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills to interact/manage the team and work with other departments when needed.

The Role:

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and high performance.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

The Person:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or similar by experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication, report-writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a finance team.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
