- People Management/HR: Lead and manage our administrative team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
- Patient Services: Ensure that our patients receive exceptional care and service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Financial Management: Manage our practice's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- IT and Database Systems: Oversee the maintenance and development of our IT systems, including our database and other technical infrastructure.
- Clinical Governance, Performance & Quality Management: Ensure that our practice meets the highest standards of clinical governance, performance, and quality management.
- Health & Services: Develop and implement strategies to improve the health and well-being of our patients and the wider community.
- General Facilities Management: Ensure that our practice facilities are well-maintained and that our patients have access to a safe and comfortable environment.
- 2-3 years experience within a similar role or within a people management capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to develop teams.
- High standards and understanding of confidentiality.
- Experience of managing finances and budgets.
- Excellent IT skills.
