Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Partners and Administration: Provide administrative support to our medical partners and ensure the smooth operation of our practice.
  • People Management/HR: Lead and manage our administrative team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Patient Services: Ensure that our patients receive exceptional care and service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage our practice's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • IT and Database Systems: Oversee the maintenance and development of our IT systems, including our database and other technical infrastructure.
  • Clinical Governance, Performance & Quality Management: Ensure that our practice meets the highest standards of clinical governance, performance, and quality management.
  • Health & Services: Develop and implement strategies to improve the health and well-being of our patients and the wider community.
  • General Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our practice facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience within a similar role or within a people management capacity.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to develop teams.
  • High standards and understanding of confidentiality.
  • Experience of managing finances and budgets.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Full Driving Licence with access to own car.
