This is a key role in client relationship development, offering an opportunity to support sophisticated capital markets transactions while promoting the firm’s full suite of services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of corporate trust products and services, including trustee, agency, and other fiduciary offerings.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients and prospective clients to design customised solutions.
  • Build and maintain a prospect list, identifying opportunities to develop new business.
  • Collaborate with senior sales professionals to enhance client relationships and drive new business.
  • Stay informed on market trends, providing insights and recommendations for new product offerings.
  • Log and track all client activities through the firm’s CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and contribute to the firm’s risk management culture.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales or relationship management.
  • Experience in corporate trust, capital markets, or a closely related area of financial services.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience in understanding client needs and developing solutions.

Additional Information:

This is a high-performing sales team. This role could be ideal for someone looking to make their first significant foray into sales, or for a sales professional looking to move.

Prior experience in and an understanding of corporate trust is a prerequisite.

Additional bonus AND significant commission remuneration is available over time. International travel is required.
