As we continue to expand our UK footprint and product offering, we’re looking for an all-guns-blazing UK Agency Partnerships Manager to join our team to scale up our existing agency partnerships, as well as onboard new agency partners to sell in both our Marketplace (CPC) and Pubfeed (CPM) product suite. The job title can range from Junior - Senior Agency Partnerships Manager pending previous experience.

An ideal candidate has 3+ years experience with digital marketing, content sales and publishing within the UK media landscape, and holds existing relationships within media agencies with a proven track record of agency campaign wins.

Job Description:

  • Execute our go-to-market strategy to ensure our first-to-market product suite becomes a staple on agencies' media plans.
  • Prospect, conduct meetings, and onboard/sell the Linkby platform to key prospective agencies.
  • Create long term, fruitful relationships with key UK media agency stakeholders.
  • Respond to agency briefs with a view to securing long term partnerships.
  • Liaise with our Agency Partnerships Lead to ensure we're communicating our offering to all key agency groups across the UK.
  • Manage and grow agency revenue Month on Month and Year on Year in guidance with set targets.
  • Develop and help lead sales-enabling training/development sessions on an individual & team level.
  • Report on quarterly agreed-upon KPIs to our Agency Partnerships Lead & Head of UK Partnerships.
  • Assist the global sales teams and lead additional sales, administrative and high-level strategic initiatives as they arise.
  • Help the continued development of our go-to-market strategy to ensure our new CPM product suite becomes a staple on agencies media plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of sales/partnerships experience in the publishing and/or agency landscape. 
  • Experience selling into media agencies, with existing agency relationships within GroupM and/or IPG Mediabrands preferred. 
  • Proficiency in selling digital marketing, publishing and Adtech products/solutions.
  • Inherently motivated to lead new initiatives, problem-solving challenges, and identify existing opportunities to optimise/improve.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoy & thrive in a fast-paced environment - especially working remotely.
  • Open to talent based anywhere in the UK, though London applicants are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • £45k - £60k Base Salary, based on experience
