Business Agent – Pubs & Restaurants – West Midlands – Birmingham
We’re the leading specialist advisor for buying and selling businesses in our sectors - hotels, pubs, restaurants, childcare, healthcare, convenience retail, leisure and medical.

We employ the largest team of sector specialists in the UK and the largest group of hotel specialists in Europe, providing professional brokerage and advisory services from offices in major cities across Britain and Europe. And because we’ve been doing this for over 80 years, we know our sectors and local markets inside out. We work closely with our clients to guide and conclude transactions of any size, covering hotels, restaurants and pubs, leisure, forecourts and convenience retail businesses, social care and elderly care, childcare & education facilities, dental practices and pharmacies.

To sell and acquire businesses on behalf of both private and corporate clients in the pubs & restaurants sector covering the West Midlands area.

To take responsibility for the business within your allocated patch and sector;
To visit and talk to clients about their businesses and its special features;
To send out details of new businesses in the market to database contacts;
To monitor the sales as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other agents;
To advise clients and help buyers to decide what they want to buy;
To keep up to date with trends in the local commercial property market;
To respond to queries via email and telephone;
You will work within a small group of Business Agents, which forms part of a national team of specialist Agents and Valuers. There will be plenty of support from a wide variety of experienced Business Agents who are leaders in their specialist fields. Our brand, company reputation and market knowledge will help you to open doors and become a trusted advisor for clients to rely upon with confidence. You will also work closely with Christie Group colleagues to cross-sell and gain business.

Previous experience within commercial or residential Estate Agency business; Very strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Experience of working with Salesforce; UK Driver’s licence and confident with driving long distances; Flexible and adaptable, responding well to change
