A day in the life of

As Reservations Agent you will be responsible for supporting the hotel pricing strategy, ensuring maximum revenue, market share and the successful conversion of reservation enquiries from individuals, agents and groups into materialised bookings. You will help with the day-to-day relationships with our long stay agents, our local corporate bookers and utilise sales opportunities to maximise revenue.

Based in the Staybridge Suites Birmingham you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

Staybridge Suites Birmingham is a 179 bedroom Aparthotel in the heart of Birmingham city centre. We are a real home away from home for our guests and every team member plays their part in creating our friendly welcoming environment.

Staybridge Suites hotel is a relaxing home from home, warm and friendly alternative to traditional apartments, situated on Corporation Street in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. We are just a 5-minute walk from Birmingham New Street, Snow Hill and Moor Street stations.
