Payroll Specialist responsibilities:

Execute and manage end-to-end payroll processes for global operations.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll data.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries.
Prepare payroll reports for management, as needed.
Participate in payroll projects and initiatives as assigned.
Provide support to Payroll Analyst to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
Develop effective means of communication with associates at all levels across the business to build a relationship of trust and respect, partnering to resolve financial and related operational issues.
Respond to employee inquiries and special requests as they relate to payroll taxes.
A successful Payroll Specialist should have:

Ideally, someone who is immediately available and/or on short notice
Relevant educational qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Proficient knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
Understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to payroll.
A 'See it, Own it, Make it Happen' attitude and proven ability to evaluate and communicate risks.
Proven ability to work under pressure, as a part of a team, without compromising quality and delivery.
Payroll Specialist:

12 month contract, with possibility of extension
Hybrid Working (3 days in the office)
