Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate support teams, ensuring timely resolution.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in IT support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a help desk or service desk environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
