Position Overview:

As the IT Service Desk Manager, you will lead the dedicated IT support team, ensuring the delivery of top-tier service to legal professionals and staff. You will be responsible for managing the service desk operations, improving processes, and fostering a customer-focused environment. This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.


KEY ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS

• Experience of working as a Service Desk Manager, preferably in a law form or other professional

services or regulated industry

• Have managed a team of technical support specialists, within a complex and fast paced environment

• You will be able to effectively converse with stakeholders and colleagues to shape their requirements

• You will have proven working knowledge and awareness of the ITIL framework, with a focus on

ensuring excellent customer service

• Working knowledge of Service Desk software and functions

• The ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work both collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently

• Ability to work with third parties on support issues and projects
