With a new office opening in Milton Keynes, they are building a strong operational team to support growth. Your new role As Operations Manager (New Business), you will manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver operational excellence and identify opportunities for process improvement. Key responsibilities include: Managing client onboarding for lending and bridging finance products. Completing KYC and compliance checks accurately and efficiently. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey. Driving process improvements and operational efficiency. What you'll need to succeed Experience in operations or onboarding within financial services, ideally lending. Strong knowledge of KYC and regulatory compliance.
