You’ll report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with the wider leadership team, giving you a front-row seat to how a fast-moving business operates.

Coordinating operations admin tasks
Supporting light projects and initiatives
Championing IT and tools across the business
Handling sensitive healthcare and data-related tasks

Experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, Operations Admin, or similar support position, ideally with exposure to senior leaders
We specialise in building intelligent solutions that empower healthcare and education providers, streamline operations, and enhance workforce management. Our goal is to make healthcare staffing, compliance, and insourcing more efficient, cost-effective, and accessible for both professionals and institutions.
