As a New Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth delivery of credit-approved deals through to drawdown. Working closely with Lending Managers, Underwriters, solicitors, valuers, and other key stakeholders, you will ensure that each transaction progresses efficiently, maintaining momentum and service quality across the completion pipeline. Complete credit searches and accurately input loan data.
Support the testing, development, and enhancement of internal systems.
Conduct and oversee KYC and AML checks, ensuring all onboarding activity is fully compliant prior to drawdown.
Assist the Team Lead in driving performance against SLAs and KPIs.
Support project work by providing operational insight and executing assigned tasks.
Ensure all activity complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Corporate Responsibilities
Follow all relevant company policies and procedures.
Adhere to all risk-related responsibilities outlined in the organisation’s Risk Management Policy.
Comply with all financial crime and regulatory obligations applicable to the role, including associated policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

2–5 years’ experience in financial services, ideally in lending operations or completions, with a preference for bridging lending.
~ Performance-driven, with a strong focus on execution and service delivery.
~ Working knowledge of KYC and AML processes within a lending environment.
