A growing financial services organisation specialising in commercial lending and bridging finance is expanding its operations and opening a new office in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting time to join a business that is investing in its future and building a strong leadership team.
As Head of Operations, you will take ownership of the operational strategy and ensure the delivery of efficient, compliant processes across the lending lifecycle. You will lead a small team and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence and support business growth. Overseeing end-to-end operational processes, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
Proven experience in senior operations leadership within commercial lending or bridging finance.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.
