Your new company A financial services organisation specialising in commercial lending and bridging finance is expanding its operations and opening a new office in Milton Keynes. They are building a strong team to manage client portfolios and ensure long-term success. Your new role As Portfolio Manager, you will oversee client portfolios post-onboarding, focusing on collections and arrears management. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring portfolio health. Key responsibilities include; Managing and monitoring lending portfolios, ensuring timely collections and arrears resolution. Developing strategies to mitigate risk and maintain performance. Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Providing regular reporting and insights to senior management. What you'll need to succeed Background in portfolio management, collections, or credit risk within commercial lending or bridging finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
