The role of Office Administrator will provide administrative support to our Loudwater Office and will be reporting to the Office Manager.

We are looking for a part time employee working 30 hours per week.


Complex diary management of Senior Members of the company including meeting arrangements (booking meeting rooms, delivering, and arranging hospitality as required).
General office administration including answering phones, manage the administration inbox, speaking with clients, welcoming visitors, ordering and maintaining stationary for the office
Administration of company documentation
Adhoc support on other administrative and project-related tasks
This role will have opportunities to grow and learn additional skills and tasks to enhance responsibilities within the business.


Background of Office Administration in a manufacturing, aerospace or defense environment.
Competent user of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams
IFS System – training can be given if required.
Concur System– training can be given if required
