Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Marlow. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management
    • Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
    • Coordinate the cleaning rota and assist with cleaning tasks as needed.
    • Set up meetings rooms and ensure they are equipped with necessary materials.
    • Liaise with suppliers and tradespeople to resolve any issues.
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage the main office phone line and general email address.
    • Greets visitors and guests warmly, allocates car parking, and validates their parking.
    • Maintains office equipment and company property.
    • Ensures office supplies are well-stocked.
    • Researches and books travel, accommodation, and restaurants.
    • Prints, scans, and shreds documents.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Manages the recruitment process, including uploading job ads and reviewing CVs.
    • Sends offer letters and ensures everything is in place for new starters.
  • Support to Traffic and Resource Manager
    • Assists with scheduling creative and strategic resources.
    • Ensures resources have everything needed to deliver work as scheduled.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment in an administrative role.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring work meets expected standards.
  • Organized, proactive, and productive, with the ability to work independently and identify areas for improvement.
  • Comfortable challenging internal processes and bringing fresh ideas to create a happy and productive office environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Flexibility to work in the office up to five days a week and adapt to changing priorities.
