We are currently recruiting for an EMEA HR Manager who will be responsible for the development and implementation of the people strategy in the region and will act as a strategic partner to the UK Leadership team. The incumbent will translate business needs to HR strategy and services, and will work closely with cross-functional partners for the successful planning and delivery of HR programs and services.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
End to end management of all people processes, compliances and HR admin aspects for our Royal Enfield UK Technology Centre and other locations in the EMEA region
Act as a partner to the EMEA leadership team to understand the strategy of the group and enable it through the delivery of HR plans, programs and processes
Build aligned AWPs, cascade across business teams and onboard/train new employees wherever needed on policy deployment
Oversee key talent pool identification and succession planning for critical roles
Build robust mechanisms for developing capabilities and drive L&D interventions related to Business team developments
Create a talent pipeline for critical role (leadership levels) and monitor critical skills development with focused training interventions
Design/implement/improve people related process changes, including recruitment digitization and policy development
EMEA, promotion of EAP programs and MHFA's
Drive employee engagement survey and action planning implementation across teams for the EMEA region
Leverage R&R to boost involvement and passion for execution & excellence across the EMEA region
Lead the Digitization of EMEA Recruitment Process
Ensure compliance on statutory compliance & Reporting on HR and Health and Safety
Ensure Data Protection by implementing policy and relevant changes on GDPR compliance
Introduce a digital payroll platform to improve employee experience, meet GDPR compliance and reduce administration
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
~ Demonstrated experience across a range of HR disciplines such as Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Talent Management & Development and People Strategy
~ Successful implementation and project management of operational and strategic HR programs and processes across a region
~ Demonstrated expertise training and coaching managers and employees, with a people centric approach
