Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Noble Foods Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing technical HR expertise and coaching support to our management teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR expertise and coaching support to management teams across the region
  • Act as a true business partner in researching and analyzing where and when HR interventions will add value to the business and minimize risk
  • Lead and influence change at a strategic level across the business
  • Deliver and implement our People Strategy to improve organizational capability and effectiveness
  • Manage the regions succession planning and talent management processes
  • Support managers in the creation of development plans and recruitment plans to fill current and future skills gaps
  • Manage employment tribunals where required
  • Ensure that every colleague has a quality induction and training to deliver their role and remain legally compliant at all times
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to develop action plans that make the best use of HR resources and add value to the business

Requirements:

  • Senior HR Generalist with experience of operating across multi-site/multi-region businesses
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills, ability to manage many tasks concurrently and to tight deadlines
  • IT literate and able to interpret numerical data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and relationships across all levels and gain confidence and credibility for self and the HR function
  • Ability to influence at a senior management level both of peers and above
