Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Noble Foods Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR expertise and coaching support to our management teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical HR expertise and coaching support to management teams to drive business results and minimize risk.
  • Lead and influence change at a strategic level, working across the business to deliver our People Strategy and improve organizational capability and effectiveness.
  • Manage the regions succession planning and talent management processes, including chairing regular reviews and ensuring a robust succession plan is in place.
  • Support Managers in the creation of development plans and recruitment plans to fill current and future skills gaps.
  • Manage employment tribunals where required and ensure that every colleague has a quality induction and training to deliver their role and remain legally compliant at all times.
  • Analyse and interpret data from various sources, including HR KPI reports, appraisals, and 360 feedback, to develop action plans that make the best use of HR resources and add value to the business.
  • Provide advice and coaching to enable Managers to deal with poor performance issues and minimize the impact on business results.
  • Develop the leadership capability and people management skills of the management population, including the design and delivery of training sessions as required.
  • Responsible for the recruitment of direct employees across the region.

Requirements:

  • Senior HR Generalist with experience of operating across multi-site/multi-region businesses.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to manage many tasks concurrently and to tight deadlines.
  • IT literate and able to interpret numerical data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and relationships across all levels and gain confidence and credibility for self and the HR function.
  • Ability to influence at a senior management level, both of peers and above.
