Fully remote within the UK

Our client is one of the UK's leading business and leisure travel representation companies. Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting for Supplier Partnerships Executive to work and assist with their head of Accommodation.

The Supplier Partnerships Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with accommodation partners by ensuring the smooth execution of the annual processes, handling and analysing data as well as encouraging supplier engagement.

Candidates must have previous experience experienced gained with corporate travel with supplier management experience as well as managing RFP processes. This role is offered on a fully remote basis although it is preferred that candidates are located within a commutable distance from London to attend events and supplier meetings.

Supplier Partnerships Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Selling the Worldwide Accommodation Programme and marketing packages to new and existing accommodation providers and hotel suppliers.
  2. Managing the RFP process for the Worldwide Accommodation Programme and handle supplier partner queries.
  3. Supporting the annual RFP process in contracting over 50,000 properties.
  4. Monitoring the GDS rate loadings for the Worldwide Accommodation Programme.
  5. Meeting with existing supplier partners offering regular account management meetings and looking at how to maximise existing partnerships.
  6. Meeting with prospective supplier partners.
  7. Maintaining the company database of accommodation contacts to ensure it is up to date.
Supplier Partnerships Executive Experience Required:
  • Previous experience working in business travel within sales or account management
  • Experience with RFP, Lanyon or Cvent
  • Ability to manage supplier relationships
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Being able to meet strict and tight deadlines on a regular basis.
Supplier Partnerships Executive Salary and Benefits:
  • Base Salary from £35,000 to £37,000 depending on experience
  • Potential non-contractual company bonus after probation
  • Private Medical Insurance (plus ability to include dependants at an additional cost)
  • 25 days leave, plus Bank Holidays, increasing a day per year after two years' service (to a max of 28 days)
