Antac are a national organisation providing a wide range of customer focused and high quality services to various commercial clients across the UK. From office cleaning to commercial window cleaning, and Building Maintenance to MOD projects, everything we do is bespoke to our clients requirements. We are looking for a highly organised Scheduler/Planner to join us in High Wycombe on a full time permanent basis. Antac Support Services provide support to the MoD Housing contract, where we are responsible for preparing void properties for families to move in to, as well as maintaining those that occupied within the Home Counties region. This is a high priority role for the success of our team, as you will be responsible for liasing with the trades and suppliers to ensure that all work is completed within the agreed timeframes and to a high quality standard.
We are looking for a Scheduler/Planner to join us onsite at High Wycombe, where you will be based within the clients office and provide a high level of customer service and administrative support to the team.
o Electrical
o Decorating
o Asbestos
Manage workflow for CRM system for billing and ensuring all property documentation is captured and stored correctly
Work in collaboration with the Commercial Team to ensure work is being progressed through CRM correctly and on time.
Raise Purchase Orders for suppliers carrying out works on the Home Counties Void Properties.
You must have experience in scheduling work (ideally in a maintenance environment) within agreed timeframes
Confident in using system-based work including strong Microsoft 365 package skills
Able to identify opportunities for advancing the organisation’s mission while maintaining an awareness of the business areas and associated risk.
