Financial Planning Specialist

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our rapidly-expanding Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners in delivering exceptional client service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct regular strategy meetings with Financial Planners to discuss client needs and develop tailored solutions
* Undertake product and provider research to identify compliant and suitable options for clients
* Efficiently summarize recommendation options and draft letters and suitability reports for a wide range of products and funds
* Think independently and work outside of formal template structures to formulate highly individualized client reports

**Requirements**

* Level 4 qualified Paraplanner with Intelligent Office experience
* Experience with Pension Switches and Trusts a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**What We Offer**
