About the role: A small educational provider, specialising in hospitality apprenticeships is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager your primary objective will be to elevate hospitality education, playing a pivotal role in fostering growth and extending influence within the hospitality sector. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding their reach within the hospitality industry. About you: Passionate about the hospitality industry and the transformative potential of apprenticeships. Deep understanding of luxury hospitality environments. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the training or education sphere. Proficiency in sales principles, methodologies, and techniques.
