Belmont Recruitment are currently working with the Alfred Barrow health centre based in Barrow-in-Furness who are looking for a Band 6 RMN to join them on a contract basis. This is a 3–6 month contract with potential extension opportunities. Duties | Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care programs for children and families.
- Undertake risk assessment and for individual children, young people and their families/carers.
- Responsibility for the assessment, treatment and discharge of children, young people and their families/carers.
- Treatment of young people who present with mental health problems and especially those that are at risk of attempted deliberate self-harm.
- Clinical record keeping including electronic data entry and recording.
- Free compliance (DBS + Training)
- 24hr support
- Single point of contact consultant
- Regular communication updates
- Referral benefit scheme
