About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Practitioner to join our team, providing vital support to children and young people with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and deliver care to children and young people with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and provide services
  • Support young people to build their brighter futures
Requirements
  • Level 4 diploma in Counselling (essential), Level 5 (desirable) and current registration with BACP
  • Postgraduate or professional qualification as a children's workforce practitioner
  • Current and clean driving licence
  • Safeguarding Level 2 certification
  • At least 2 years' experience working with children and young people with mental health needs
