As a Senior Dialysis Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Taking on the role of Nurse in Charge and occasionally deputising for the clinic manager.
Managing care programs for renal patients and performing patient assessments throughout treatment.
Ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient-centred care at all times.
Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems, in line with company processes.
Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients.
Participating in quality and service improvement programs.As a Senior Dialysis Nurse, you'll receive:
A salary of up to £42,000 based on experience, plus a location allowance and a sign-on bonus of £3,000.
Overtime opportunities.
35 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays), increasing with service.
A focus on internal development and career progression, including opportunities to undertake relevant study.
A referral scheme paying up to £1,000.
Other benefits include life assurance, a company pension, and free uniform.The ideal candidate for the Senior Staff Nurse role will be:
An NMC Registered General Nurse.
Experienced in a renal dialysis setting (2 years+).
Aware and strong knowledge of the NMC code of professional conduct.
In possession of, or working towards, a post-registration clinical course in Renal Nursing (ENB 136 or equivalent).
Positive and dynamic in their approach to providing safe and effective care.
