We have a number of opportunities for talented Engineers to take design roles within our newly re-structured Test & Development (T&D) group. Each T&D Design Engineer position will be responsible for the design of T&D rigs and test equipment for a particular area of the car. Design all fixturing for legality, safety, validation, measurement and development tests.
Scheme and design new test rig concepts and updates.
Demonstrate AMF1 values of honesty, inclusion and collaboration with fellow team members.

Have a high-quality degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Motorsport Engineering.
An enthusiasm for test data analysis and component validation.
CAD and design skills.
Preference will be given to applicants who have significant experience in a similar role either in motorsport or another high-performance industry. However, applications will be considered for a junior role for less experienced candidates who can demonstrate academic excellence and a high level of extra-curricular commitment.
