The brand offers a unique bespoke service, crafted by a highly experienced team of artisans to carry out the construction of every garment. In 2022 clothsurgeon made history by opening the first luxury bespoke streetwear store on the world-famous Savile Row.

REQUIREMENTS

· Experience in high-end luxury retail (goods or services).

· Confident CRM system user.

  • Motivation to acquire new customers, improve the store experience, and drive sales.
  • Experience in Personal Shopping or Luxury Retail Sales.
  • Strong client book
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • A commercial mindset and a sales-driven approach.
  • Keen interest in Menswear and tailoring.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· You will be responsible for building out your personal client book and assisting the store manager at the Savile Row store.

· Focused on building a portfolio of clients existing and new, the role will require a highly motivated individual who can build strong relationships and motivate themselves to achieve sales targets.

· Provide personalized and exceptional shopping experiences to clients.

· Collaborate with stylists, attend fashion events, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

· Support client development and client engagement activities (e.g. gifting, events, styling appointments, shopping experiences, online and offline).

· Attend events to aid business development and act as a brand ambassador whilst demonstrating networking including trunk shows, pop ups, music, fashion, and art events to build new clients.

· Managing and growing a loyal client book, ensuring consistent sales and personalised service. You are expected to have a client book of regular and loyal clients which you will continue to build and develop.

· Confident in using CRM system to increase new, repeat sales activity and overall customer experience.

· You will assist the Store Manager during Bespoke appointments and will be trained on how take basic measurements for made to order.

  • Manage store sales, bespoke process for clients in-store and provide style advice.
  • Understand the product, paying close attention to detail on fit, construction, and technical specifications, communicating this information appropriately on the shop floor to customers.
  • Build network with the fashion community including stylist, concierge services, private member clubs amongst others to increase sales activity and new clientele.
  • A willingness and ability to travel to clients, assisting the Store Manager

Role(s) Detail:

Store opening hours: Monday to Saturday 10am – 6.30pm. This is a part time role for 3 days per week.

Location: London, Savile Row, W1.

Salary depending on experience. As well as your base salary, you will also receive a great commission structure.
