As our Amazon Account Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our client relationships and team success. You’ll manage 10-40 Amazon accounts, using our automated systems and internal App to achieve clients' growth.

Lead & Strategise: Oversee 10-40 Amazon accounts using our automated system to drive growth and optimise performance.
Team Leadership : Mentor up to 3 Account Managers and their teams, fostering excellence and collaboration.
Strategic Planning: Create and execute quarterly strategic plans with Account Managers.
Monitor Performance: Track and report on KPIs like sales, churn rates, and content quality.

✅ Leadership: Proven management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
Strong commitment to boosting Amazon sales and ensuring client success.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive client growth.
