Our client, a leading Healthcare / Pharma events agency in Berkshire, are now looking for a hybrid Project Director / Account Director to join their super-friendly and talented team.
Occasional international travel involved to client events.
This role can either be remote or hybrid.
As Project Director / Account Director, you'll be responsible for leading colleagues, creative teams, and external suppliers in delivering exceptional creative live and virtual events for amazing Healthcare / Pharma clients.
Client Relationships
- Forge trusting relationships with clients ensuring their requirements are understood and correctly implemented.
- Attend client meetings and reviews as required.
- Be the operational lead for key client accounts.
- Support the client success team in the implementation of client processes and procedures, SLA’s and strategies
- Unearthing opportunities for account growth.
Project Management / Account Direction
- Take the lead on projects to include large full service complex events, overseeing all elements of the event deliverables to include logistics, digital, production, design, video and exhibitions.
- Lead and manage a small team.
- Be involved with client management
- Be involved in client pitches
- Lead creative ideation processes.
- Identify and manage all internal and external resources, overseeing all aspects of the event, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures.
- Create and maintain project documentation, managing project timelines and milestones keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- Financial responsibility and commercial awareness, including negotiation of third-party costs, expense tracking, budget creation and reconciliation. Whilst maintaining agency standards for profit margin.
- Control scope creep and change effectively, keeping the client informed and budget updated.
- Enforce adherence to compliance and GDPR, to include any client regulations.
