Ensure effective delivery of all People projects and initiatives, consistently bringing to life the culture and values across the organisation
As a member of the Group People Leadership Team, be the voice of the brand and/or business area you support, on the needs of the teams and be the voice to the brand and/or business area, informing the Group People Plan and priorities
In partnership with the the Group People Team, lead the performance, talent and inclusion plans
Minimise business risk by driving succession plans and talent pipelines across the wider organisation
Drive personal and leadership accountability using simple and transparent performance management tools
Drive continuous improvement of all HR systems, processes and procedures
A relevant professional qualification or postgraduate degree
Proven HR generalist senior leader with an in-depth understanding of all HR disciplines
Strong commercial awareness with clear understanding of how to make a difference to the business
