We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Management Team at Keith Spicer Limited. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the company's HR function, providing strategic guidance and support to line managers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law, HR policies, and procedures to line managers and staff.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage employee relations, including discipline, grievance, and harassment cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Develop and maintain HR systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Provide coaching and training to line managers on HR-related topics, including performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, motivation, and productivity.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and procedures.
- Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in the food and beverage/manufacturing industry.
