Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Specialist who is eager to develop their sales skills and grow professionally within our vibrant company. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, with a structured training program provided to enhance your capabilities. Initially offered on a commission-only basis, this position holds the potential for a retainer following a successful 60-day trial period.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with incoming leads to build and maintain client relationships.
Educate potential clients on our diverse product offerings and services.
Schedule and manage appointments using our customized CRM system.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Collaborate with team members to uncover new sales opportunities and strategies.
Stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:
Demonstrable interest in sales with a keen desire to develop skills in this area.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Ability to operate both independently and within a team environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Training and Development:
Comprehensive training provided to equip you with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.
Regular feedback and support from management to aid your professional growth.

Post-Trial Employment Opportunity:
~ Upon successful completion of the first 60 days, and based on performance and business needs, there is potential to transition to a retainer-based compensation model. The retainer would range from $100 to $200 per client, reflecting the value and results you bring to our team.
