Our client, a technology consulting firm are seeking an Agile Coach to work with their financial services clients based in Manchester. This is an initial 3-month rolling contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting teams to implement and refine agile practices.

Coach programme executives on the agile mindset.
Assist the team in setting up agile practices within the programme.
Aid delivery leaders in shaping PI planning and scoping features for release trains.
Guide the team in defining sprint backlogs, Jira burn-downs, and agile ceremonies.
Lead agile workshops for teams and key stakeholders.
Hands-on experience as an Agile Coach.
Proficiency in using Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).
Strong coaching skills and hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
