Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Manchester, UK. As a Scrum Master, you'll play a critical role in helping our engineering teams deliver high-quality software products that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Coaching: You'll provide coaching and mentoring to our development teams to help them adopt and improve their agile practices.
- Team Facilitation: You'll facilitate our team's ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
- Process Improvement: You'll work with our teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that will help us deliver better products, faster.
- Stakeholder Management: You'll work with our stakeholders to ensure that their needs are understood and met, and that they're informed about our progress and any issues that may arise.
- Metrics and Reporting: You'll work with our teams to establish and track key metrics that will help us measure our progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: You'll have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results in an agile environment.
- Qualifications: You'll have a certification in Scrum Master or equivalent, and a strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
- Skills: You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. You'll also have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
