Procurement Manager As a Procurement Manager within our Global Procurement (GP) R&D Clinical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring Roche continues "doing now what patients need next" by managing the supplier ecosystem for clinical trials across. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic sourcing professional to drive execute strategies and contribute specialized knowledge to our evolving, agile procurement organization. As a Procurement Manager, you will be a vital link between business needs and effective procurement execution within a dynamic, global environment. Sourcing Specialist: Conduct market analysis, develop tactical sourcing plans, and lead negotiations for third-party goods and services essential for clinical trials Procurement Practitioner: Content & Automation Advocate: Translate sourcing strategies into effective, automated buying channels (content and systems) to improve business adoption and operational efficiency Business Partner: Collaborate with internal business and procurement teams to translate clinical development demands into actionable spend management and sourcing projects You will be focused on continuous improvement, enhancing the customer buying experience, and providing capacity and expertise to critical projects. We are looking for an action-oriented, enterprise thinker with core procurement skills and a background in the clinical domain. University degree (Business degree preferred) Experience: proficient level of professional experience in sourcing, simple contracting, or operational efficiency projects Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), Imaging, eCOA, etc.) Proven capability in negotiating project budgets and contracts Knowledgeable in procurement systems and operational processes (Contracting, eSourcing, Spot Buying) Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills Language: Business level fluency in English Enterprise Thinker: Proactively foster collaboration across the entire procurement network to create solutions When you apply as an internal Roche candidate, you can use your Workday profile or upload a resume/CV in English.
