You’ll work directly with developers, product managers, and AI researchers to help clients fully leverage the company’s generative visual platform. Advise on technical setup, APIs, and deployment best practices Troubleshoot and support performance, latency, and usage issues Conduct tailored demos, workshops, and technical training 3–6 years in a technical customer-facing SaaS role (CSM, TAM, or Solutions Engineer) ~ Hands-on with APIs , Python or JavaScript , and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) ~ Strong understanding of AI, ML, or computer vision concepts ~ Experience supporting B2B SaaS or AI/ML platform customers #Bonus Points For: Fluency in French, German, Italian, or Dutch #Work fully remote across the UK or Europe Up to $138,000 compensation Genuine progression opportunities in a high-growth tech environment If you’re passionate about AI innovation , customer success , and building trusted enterprise partnerships , this is your chance to make a global impact. #
