What we do is fast-paced, exciting and rewarding which is why we love it and why you’ll love life at Wasserman.Join our team todayWHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGLead the account teams globally to deliver first class client serviceDevelop strong relationships with all account leads and be main day to day contactDevelop strong relationships and work closely with key rights holders as requiredProvide strategic guidance and insight to the team to ensure that brand and business objectives are metMaintain overall responsibility of sponsorship performance and ultimate client accountabilityResponsible for all elements of programme execution, budget planning and tracking, and client successLead the strategic development, in close partnership with the Associate Director and the internal account team, on the delivery and implementation of all contracted assets (CSM SOW and client property contracts)Investigate, analyse and develop solutions to client problemsAct as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their relationshipsWork to retain and develop client account within CSM BrandsTravel to the Series tournaments with the HSBC Rugby leadLeading & Developing OthersFoster an environment of open communication, collaboration and teamworkEncourage on-going learning and development of teamConduct timely and beneficial performance reviews with direct reports. Ensure that direct reports are doing the same with subordinatesCollaborate across the leadership of other business units within CSM to continue to deliver best in class client servicing, Account Management processes and training & development opportunitiesTHE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEEDExtensive experience in a similar position with a proven track record of success across Account Management, Brand Planning and Brand ActivationPrior agency experience including past success in managing brands that invest substantial budgets in partnerships, ideally at a global levelAcumen to look at business performance and drive incremental account growthUnderstanding of brands, rights holders and competitor agenciesStrong understanding of financial processes, including both forecasting and reportingFull comprehension and ownership of agency-client dynamicStrong interpersonal skills, demonstrated empathy and commitment to success, along with a proven ability to manage expectationsConfident, articulate, passionate individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as well as ability to listenStrong project management style that can own and lead the client relationship and create the right team structure and environment to deliver proactively and beyond the client expectationsNot afraid to challenge / question the strategic direction to ensure the client objectives are achievedWasserman does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
