WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will be working within our Rights team who work directly with Rightsholders and Stakeholders, building relationships. This role is based within the Corporate Hospitality team and will enable you to support the Operations Manager and sales team to deliver guest experiences at major events such as Six Nations Rugby, Wimbledon Tennis and International Cricket at Lord’s and The Oval. This role is ideal for an organised individual who is seeking an entry level or junior position.

**Responsibilities include**:
**Event/admin**:

- Assisting the team with all administrative duties for upcoming events i.e. liaising with suppliers to ensure delivery of tickets, gather event details & timings, create covering letters, packaging tickets and booking couriers
- Contacting clients to provide event details and request information such as ticket delivery addresses, guest names, dietary requirements, special requests etc
- Processing sales orders on to excel event tracker
- On day event management at venues such as Twickenham, Lord’s & Wimbledon. Assisting guest check-in, checking table plans and being part of the team to deliver the event.
- Assistance with financial elements of accounts-Purchase orders, sending invoices, chasing debtors, onboarding suppliers
- Diary management and travel/dining arrangements
- Stock checks
- Monitoring and directing incoming calls
- Expenses
- Provide support on ad hoc tasks and projects as required

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
- PA / Event management skills useful but not essential
- Confident & Enthusiastic communicator
- Strong organisational skills
- Task prioritisation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong time management skills
- Project management skills
