**About The Role**:

That’s why we’ve created our Scholarship Programme opportunity. Both our Disability Scholarship and Ethnicity Scholarship programmes are a superb, supportive scheme where we provide valuable paid work experience and financial support to undergraduate students who join us.

For a maximum of 4 years, we will provide mentorship, guidance, and financial support to assist you through your academic years; allowing you to focus on the things that matter to ensure your future is as bright as it should be. When you’re not studying, we will provide you with paid work experience throughout the Summer in a variety of departments across our diverse business; whether it’s Finance, Customer Operations, Marketing, Human Resources or Technology - you’ll have the opportunity to gain some valuable professional experience which you can then use to shape your future.

As a Motability Operations Scholarship Student, you can expect to receive:

- A bursary payment of up to £9,250 per academic year for a maximum of 4 years
- Paid summer placements each year of your studies at our London, Bristol or Edinburgh office
- Mentoring and advice from one of our team during your placement and academic year
- Access to a range of work opportunities in various departments including Technology, Finance, Customer Services and Customer Operations, Marketing and Human Resources

Customers exchange their higher rate mobility allowance to lease a range of affordable vehicles (cars, wheelchair accessible vehicles, scooters, and powered wheelchairs) with insurance, maintenance and breakdown assistance included. We operate hybrid working across the organisation where we split our time between working on-site at our offices, and at home, remotely within the UK. It allows us to have the flexibility to work remotely up to 2-days per week whilst also using the great office spaces we have available.
