Job Description: Senior National Accounts Manager

Location: Hybrid – Applicant must be based in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create retailer specific business growth plans and sales strategy including promotional plans.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing plans to grow our presence and increase performance.
  • Identify and follow through on NPD opportunities across trade accounts.
  • Develop annual sales forecasts.
  • Negotiate and manage trading terms.
  • Monitor and review sales performance.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in successful FMCG negotiations.
  • Flexible – needs to be able to adapt and change in response to the company’s priorities.
  • Strong communications skills and able to build and maintain solid customer relationships to Category Director level.
  • Excellent IT skills and understanding of the power of data. Experience using retailers reporting software to form insights and actions.
  • Embrace opportunities for personal development and training.
  • Excellent commercial acumen.

We are looking for an ambitious Senior National Accounts Manager with experience in FMCG and a successful track record, to develop new and existing retail accounts. This role will suit someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset, is results driven and is looking for an opportunity to grow and develop.
